Based in Australia, PulseTec originally comprised of CCA Software, SportingPulse and PulseTec Solutions.

PulseTec has recently narrowed its focus to concentrate on its world reclaimed sports offering. This comprises of SportingPulse Australia and New Zealand and SportingPulse International.

PulseTec is the majority shareholder in SportingPulse Anz and the sole owner in SportingPulse International. News Digital Media is the significant minority shareholder in SportingPulse ANZ and the Australian Football League also hold options over the ANZ business.
